of <h1>Andhra Pradesh Extends Notification Until New GST Rules 138 to 138D Are Implemented u/s 68.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh has extended the time limit for the operation of a previous notification issued on July 24, 2017, under G.O.Ms.No.309. This extension remains in effect until the amended Rules 138 to 138D of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, are implemented. This decision is made under the authority of Section 68 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and Rule 138 of the corresponding rules. The notification is issued by the Revenue Department (Commercial Taxes-II) and signed by the Special Chief Secretary to the Government.
