of <h1>Delhi Govt Waives Late Fee for Delayed GSTR-6 Returns Submission; Fee Reduced to Rs. 25/Day Under GST Act 2017.</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi issued Notification No. 7/2018, waiving the late fee for registered persons who failed to submit returns in FORM GSTR-6 by the due date. Under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the late fee is reduced to twenty-five rupees per day of delay. This waiver applies from January 23, 2018, as per the authority of the Lt. Governor, following the Council's recommendations.
