of <h1>Delhi GST Act Update: Late Fee for FORM GSTR-5 Filing Reduced, New Rates Effective January 23, 2018.</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi issued Notification No. 5/2018 under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, reducing the late fee for delayed filing of FORM GSTR-5. The late fee is reduced to twenty-five rupees per day for registered persons who fail to file by the due date, and ten rupees per day if the central tax payable is nil. This waiver applies from January 23, 2018, as per the order of the Lt. Governor of Delhi.
