of <h1>Rajasthan Finance Dept Corrects 2017 Notification: Changes in Rule 40, 'State' to 'Central,' Removes Union Territory Reference.</h1> The corrigendum issued by the Finance Department of the Government of Rajasthan corrects Notification No. F. 12(46)FD/Tax/2017-Pt-II-75 dated August 17, 2017. The corrections include changes in the English version of the notification: in the first proviso to rule 40, the word 'State' is replaced with 'central,' and the phrase 'or the Commissioner of Union territory' is removed. These amendments are authorized by the order of the Governor and communicated by the Joint Secretary to the Government.
