GST Appellate Tribunal constituted to hear appeals from appellate and revisional orders with immediate effect. The Government, invoking section 109 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 by SRO 447, constituted the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal to hear appeals against orders of the Appellate Authority and the Revisional Authority, with immediate effect.
