of <h1>Odisha GST Act 2017: New Quarterly GSTR-1 Filing Schedule for Taxpayers with Turnover up to 1.5 Crore Announced.</h1> The notification issued by the Finance Department under the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, prescribes a quarterly schedule for furnishing FORM GSTR-1 for registered taxpayers with an aggregate turnover of up to 1.5 crore rupees. This applies to the preceding or current financial year. The schedule specifies deadlines for quarterly submissions: July-September 2017 by January 10, 2018; October-December 2017 by February 15, 2018; and January-March 2018 by April 30, 2018. The notification supersedes a previous one and allows for a special procedure or extension for filing returns, which will be detailed in a future Gazette notification.
