of <h1>Jammu and Kashmir GST Act Amended: Services by Overseeing Committee to RBI Now Taxable Under New Entry.</h1> The Government of Jammu and Kashmir, under the authority of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended Notification No. SRO-GST-13 dated 08.07.2017. The amendment, effective from 13th October 2017, introduces a new entry in the notification's table. It specifies that the supply of services by members of the Overseeing Committee to the Reserve Bank of India is now included under the GST provisions. This change was made following recommendations from the Council and is issued by the Finance Department of Jammu and Kashmir.
