of <h1>Karnataka Updates GST Portals: Use gst.gov.in for Registrations, ewaybillgst.gov.in for E-Way Bills from Jan 16, 2018.</h1> The Government of Karnataka has amended its previous notification regarding the Goods and Services Tax (GST) electronic portals. Effective from January 16, 2018, www.gst.gov.in is designated as the portal for GST registration, tax payment, return filing, and integrated tax settlement. Additionally, www.ewaybillgst.gov.in is specified for furnishing electronic way bills. This amendment is issued under the authority of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and supersedes the earlier notification from June 28, 2017, except for actions completed prior to this change. The GST Network and the National Information Centre manage these websites.
