of <h1>Manipur SGST Act Amended: Textile Handloom, Handmade Shawls, and More Added to Handicrafts List.</h1> The Government of Manipur has issued an amendment to the notification dated September 15, 2017, concerning the Manipur Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment adds new items to the list of 'handicrafts goods' under the Manipur SGST. The changes include updating serial number 9 to include textile handloom products, handmade shawls, stoles, and scarves, and adding new entries for chain stitch, crewel namda, gabba, wicker willow products, toran, and articles made of shola. These amendments are enacted based on the recommendations of the Council.
