of <h1>Himachal Pradesh extends GSTR-4 filing deadline for composition suppliers to November 15, 2017, u/s 39(6) and Rule 62.</h1> The notification issued by the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Excise and Taxation Department, extends the deadline for composition suppliers to submit their GSTR-4 returns for the quarter of July to September 2017. The new deadline is set for November 15, 2017. This extension is granted under the authority of sub-section (6) of section 39, in conjunction with section 168 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and rule 62 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
