of <h1>Goa GST Act Section 147: Supplies Deemed Exports Include Advance Authorisation, EPCG, and EOU Supplies Effective October 2017.</h1> The Government of Goa, under section 147 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has notified certain supplies as deemed exports effective from October 18, 2017. These include the supply of goods by a registered person against Advance Authorisation, supply of capital goods against Export Promotion Capital Goods Authorisation, supply to Export Oriented Units, and supply of gold by specified banks or public sector undertakings against Advance Authorisation. The notification aligns with the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20, detailing authorisations for import or domestic procurement for physical exports.
