This action is taken under the authority of sub-section (2) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, in conjunction with rule 13 of the Customs Tariff Rules, 1995, which pertain to the identification, assessment, and collection of antidumping duties. The rescinded notification was initially issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, and published in the Gazette of India.
