of <h1>Rajasthan extends deadline to submit stock details in FORM GST CMP-03 u/s 10 to November 30, 2017.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan's Commercial Taxes Department has extended the deadline for submitting details of stock in FORM GST CMP-03. This extension applies to stock held on the day before opting to pay tax under section 10 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The new deadline for submission is now set for November 30, 2017. This decision was made by the Commissioner of State Tax, Rajasthan, based on the recommendations of the Council, utilizing the authority granted by the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
