The amendments involve changes in the State Tax (Rate) specified in the notification. Specifically, for Serial No. 59, the reference in column (2) is revised from '9' to '7, 9 or 10.' Additionally, for Serial No. 102, the reference in column (2) is updated from '2302' to '2301, 2302.' These changes are made under the authority of the Governor, as communicated by the Joint Secretary to the Government of West Bengal.
