of <h1>India Extends FORM GSTR-5A Filing Deadline for Online Service Providers to December 15, 2017, per Notification No. 61/2017.</h1> Notification No. 61/2017, issued by the Government of India's Ministry of Finance, extends the deadline for submitting FORM GSTR-5A returns for July to October 2017. This extension applies to suppliers of online information and database access or retrieval services from outside India to non-taxable online recipients, as specified in the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and related rules. The new deadline for submission is December 15, 2017. This notification supersedes the previous Notification No. 42/2017, except for actions already completed under it.
