of <h1>Anti-Dumping Duty Imposed on Vitamin C Imports from Russia & EU to Protect Indian Industry Under Customs Tariff Act</h1> This notification enforces an anti-dumping duty on Vitamin C imported from Russia and the European Union to India. The Designated Authority determined that these imports were priced below normal value, causing material injury to the Indian industry. As a result, the Central Government, under the Customs Tariff Act, imposes duties on Vitamin C under sub-heading No. 2936.27. All exporters from Russia face a duty of 150.49 Rupees per kilogram, while the exporter M/s BASF from Germany is subject to a duty of 85.35 Rupees per kilogram. This measure is effective until September 15, 2000.
