of <h1>Karnataka Lowers GST to 9% on Tractor Parts Including Tyres, Engines, and More per Notification 19/2017.</h1> The Government of Karnataka has issued Notification No. 19/2017, dated August 18, 2017, under the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This notification amends the previous Notification (01/2017) to reduce the tax rate on specific tractor parts. The newly added items in Schedule III at 9% tax rate include tyres, tubes, diesel engines, hydraulic pumps, bumpers, brakes, gearboxes, transaxles, road wheels, radiators, cooling systems, silencers, clutches, steering wheels, hydraulic parts, and various other components for tractors. This amendment is effective from August 18, 2017.
