of <h1>Goa extends GSTR-3 filing deadlines for July and August 2017 under GST Act; new dates set for September.</h1> The Government of Goa, through its Department of Commercial Taxes, has issued a notification extending the deadline for filing the return FORM GSTR-3 under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The extended deadlines are from 11th to 15th September 2017 for July 2017 returns and from 26th to 30th September 2017 for August 2017 returns. This extension is enacted by the Commissioner of State Tax, based on recommendations from the Council, and is effective from 8th August 2017.
