This notification appoints June 28, 2017, as the effective date for the implementation of specific sections of the Act, including sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 139, 146, and 164. The order is issued in the name of the Governor of Karnataka by the Under Secretary to the Government, Finance Department.
