of <h1>Maharashtra GST Act 2017: Key Sections Effective from July 1, Including 6-9, 11-21, 31-41, and More.</h1> The Government of Maharashtra has announced that specific sections of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, will be effective from July 1, 2017. These include sections 6 to 9, 11 to 21, 31 to 41, 44 to 50, 53 to 138, 140 to 145, 147 to 163, and 165 to 174, excluding certain provisos in sections 42 and 43. This notification, issued under the authority of the Deputy Secretary to the Government, is in accordance with the powers granted by the Act.
