of <h1>International Gemological Institute in Mumbai Gains Duty-Free Diamond Import Privilege Under FTP 2015-20 Amendment.</h1> M/s International Gemological Institute (India) Pvt Ltd, located in Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai, has been added to paragraph 4.42 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-20. This inclusion allows the agency to import duty-free diamonds for certification and grading, followed by re-export, in compliance with the conditions outlined in paragraph 4.75 of the Handbook of Procedures 2015-20 and other relevant legal provisions. This amendment was made under the authority of Section 5 of the FT (D&R) Act, 1992, and paragraph 1.02 of the FTP 2015-20, as amended.
