of <h1>3.95 hectares in Nanakramguda, Telangana, designated as IT/ITES SEZ; Approval Committee formed for oversight.</h1> The Central Government has designated 3.95 hectares (9.76 acres) in Nanakramguda Village, Telangana, as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for IT/ITES, proposed by a private company under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. An Approval Committee has been formed to oversee this SEZ, comprising various government officials and a representative from the developer. The SEZ will function as an Inland Container Depot from February 22, 2017, under the Customs Act, 1962. The notification also references subsequent amendments to the designated area.
