(HS.</h1> The notification amends the list of military stores requiring a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for export. Specifically, it revises Category MS 007 in the Export Licensing Note of Table A of Schedule 2 of the ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import Items. The amendment includes military ground vehicles and components designed or modified for military use, such as tanks, armored vehicles, and mine-protected vehicles. However, it excludes 'Soft Skinned Vehicles,' which are not armored or intended for future armoring, from requiring an NOC from the Department of Defence Production for export.
