of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on 1-Phenyl-3-Methyl-5-Pyrazolone from China Until August 2017 per Notification 47/2016-Customs.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has issued Notification No. 47/2016-Customs (ADD) to extend the anti-dumping duty on imports of 1-Phenyl-3-Methyl-5-Pyrazolone from China. This duty, originally imposed by Notification No. 80/2011-Customs dated 24th August 2011, will now remain in effect until 23rd August 2017. This extension follows a review initiated by the designated authority under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and the related rules for the assessment and collection of anti-dumping duties.
