of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Caustic Soda Imports from Chinese Taipei Until August 2017 Under Customs Tariff Act.</h1> The Government of India has extended the anti-dumping duty on imports of Caustic Soda from Chinese Taipei for one more year, until August 22, 2017. This decision follows a review by the designated authority, which recommended the continuation of the duty on imports from Chinese Taipei while allowing the duty on imports from Thailand and Norway to lapse. The extension is enacted under the powers conferred by the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and is formalized through an amendment to the original notification from August 23, 2011.
