This designation is for the establishment of a 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU) under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962. This declaration was made by the Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, Salem, in accordance with the powers granted by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, and approved by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Department of Commerce, Madras Export Processing Zone, Chennai.
