This declaration, made by the Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, Rajkot, is in accordance with the powers granted under the Customs Act, 1962. The designated area covers 2.4282 hectares at Revenue Survey No. 339/14 and is bounded by specific survey numbers and the Anjar-Mundra Highway. This notification is issued under Section 9 of the Customs Act for the specified purpose of setting up the EOU.
