of <h1>India's Foreign Trade Policy Amended: HRD Diamond Institute Can Import Duty-Free Diamonds for Certification and Re-Export</h1> The notification issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, announces the amendment of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020. It adds M/s HRD Diamond Institute Private Limited, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, to paragraph 4.42 of the policy. This inclusion allows the institute to import duty-free diamonds for certification and grading, with the condition of subsequent re-export. This is subject to compliance with paragraph 4.75 of the Handbook of Procedures 2015-20 and other relevant legal provisions.
