Exemption for export oriented unit goods covers goods produced by EOUs brought into India under the Foreign Trade Policy. The exemption in Notification No.15/2015-Central Excise is clarified to apply to excisable goods produced or manufactured by a hundred per cent. export oriented unit and brought to any other place in India in accordance with the provisions of the Foreign Trade Policy.
