The notification sets differentiated duty amounts by origin/export combinations and, in one case, by a named producer/exporter; specifies units and currency for each entry; excludes specified other PVC resins and co-polymers; fixes effectiveness for a prescribed period from Gazette publication; and directs use of government notification exchange rates with the bill-of-entry date as the relevant date.
