of <h1>New Rule 11: Pending Company Submissions to Follow Companies Act, 1956 Guidelines for Completion</h1> The Companies (Miscellaneous) Amendment Rules, 2014, issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, amend the existing Companies (Miscellaneous) Rules, 2014. Effective upon publication in the Official Gazette, the amendment introduces Rule 11, which addresses applications or forms submitted to the Central Government, Regional Director, or Registrar of Companies before the commencement of these rules. Such submissions, pending due to missing information or documents, will be processed in accordance with the rules established under the Companies Act, 1956.
