Pending company filings: incomplete applications filed earlier may, on submission, be disposed under prior Companies Act rules. Pending applications or forms filed before these amendment rules but not disposed for want of information or documents shall, upon submission of the required information or documents to the satisfaction of the authority, be disposed of in accordance with the rules made under the Companies Act, 1956.
