of <h1>India Extends Ban on Chinese Milk Products, Including Chocolates, Until June 2015 Under Foreign Trade Act</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, has extended the prohibition on the import of milk and milk products from China for an additional year, effective until June 23, 2015, or until further notice. This includes chocolates, chocolate products, candies, confectionery, and food preparations containing milk or milk solids. The extension is enacted under the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, and is an amendment to the Import Policy as per the notification issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade.
