Exports of onions described at the relevant item entries of Chapter 7, Schedule 2 of the ITC(HS) classification are permitted only subject to a prescribed Minimum Export Price or such floor price as may be notified, thereby subjecting all described varieties to an MEP-based export control mechanism.
