<h1>India Exempts Bhutan from Export Bans on Milk Powder, Wheat, Edible Oils, Pulses, Non-Basmati Rice under Section 5</h1> The Government of India has issued a notification exempting Bhutan from export bans on milk powder, wheat, edible oils, pulses, and non-basmati rice. This exemption is enacted under Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, in conjunction with the Foreign Trade Policy 2009-2014. The notification allows these exports to Bhutan without any quantitative restrictions, superseding previous notifications dated 05.12.2011 and 05.03.2012.
