Anti-dumping duty extension on flax fabric continued under Section 9A review, maintaining the duty in force until specified date. The Central Government amends notification No. 142/2009-Customs by inserting paragraph 3 to continue the anti-dumping duty on Flax Fabric, imposed following a Section 9A review and in pursuance of rule 23, so that the principal notification remains in force up to and inclusive of the specified extended date unless revoked earlier.
