of <h1>Delhi VAT Rules 2014 Amendments: Changes to Rule 67, Forms DVAT 38, 17, 16, 31, and Removal of DVAT-51.</h1> The Delhi Value Added Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2014, were enacted by the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, amending the Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005. Key changes include the omission of sub-rule (1) and its proviso in rule 67, substitution of Form DVAT 38, and modifications to Form DVAT 17 regarding tax computation. Additionally, amendments were made to Annexure-2B of forms DVAT-16 and DVAT-31, omitting the word 'civil,' and Form DVAT-51 was removed. These amendments took effect upon their publication in the Delhi Gazette.
