of <h1>India Amends Foreign Trade Policy: New Incentives for High Export Intensity Products in Specific Markets under Para 3.15.3 and 3.15.4</h1> The Government of India has amended Chapter 3 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2009-14, effective immediately. The amendment modifies Para 3.15.3, introducing the Market Linked Focus Products Scrip (MLFPS), which incentivizes exports of high export intensity and employment potential products not covered under the current FPS List. These products will receive a 2% incentive of the FOB value when exported to specific markets. Additionally, Para 3.15.4 introduces that products listed in the new Table 3 of Appendix 37D will receive benefits in addition to those under Tables 1 and 2. This notification establishes Table 3 for additional export benefits.
