of <h1>Central Government Extends Eligibility for Gujarat Trust Hospital Project u/s 35AC of Income-tax Act to 2014.</h1> The Central Government has extended the eligibility of the 'Shree Nirdoshanandji Manav Seva Trust Hospital' project, managed by a trust in Timbi Village, Gujarat, under section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961. Initially notified for three years starting from the financial year 2008-09, the project is now extended for another three years covering 2011-12, 2012-13, and 2013-14. The approved cost remains Rs. 3.44 crore. However, no certificates will be issued for the financial year 2011-12 as it has already lapsed.
