of <h1>Gujarat Rural Health Project Extended for 3 Years u/s 35AC; Rs. 571 Lakh Approved Cost.</h1> The Central Government has notified the continuation of a project by a rural health and development society in Gujarat, which involves the construction and operation of facilities such as a tutorial and children activity hall, compound wall, and Anjali Hospital, among others. Initially recognized in 1997, the project has undergone several extensions and cost enhancements, with the latest notification extending its eligibility under section 35AC of the Income-tax Act for another three years starting from the financial year 2012-13. The approved project cost remains at Rs. 571 lakh, including a corpus fund of Rs. 25 lakh.
