This notice, dated September 2, 2013, relates to a case involving a business entity and others, originally addressed by the Additional Director General of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit. The appointment is made under the authority of Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) as amended, pursuant to the Customs Act, 1962.
