Section 35AC notification extends eligibility of a charitable vocational rehabilitation project and reduces its approved cost. The Central Government, under Section 35AC, notifies the Mata Lachmi Rotary Charitable Society project for construction, equipment purchase and running of a vocational/rehabilitation school for hearing handicapped children at Adipur, Kutch, as an eligible project for three years commencing financial year 2012 13. The notification substitutes the previously approved project cost in the original notification's Table with a reduced approved amount, following the National Committee's recommendation after reviewing project execution.
