of <h1>India Amends Foreign Trade Policy 2009-2014: Caps Incremental Export Incentivisation Scheme Benefits for 2012-13 Quarter</h1> The Government of India has amended Chapter 3 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2009-2014, effective immediately. The amendments introduce two sub-paragraphs under paragraph 3.14.4.(c) concerning the Incremental Export Incentivisation Scheme. The benefit for the last quarter of 2012-13 is capped at either 25% growth or an incremental growth of Rs. 10 crores, whichever is less. Claims exceeding this limit will undergo additional scrutiny by the Regional Authority. These changes modify Notification No. 27 dated 28.12.2012 related to claiming benefits under the scheme.
