of <h1>Delhi Dealers Must Submit Invoice Details in Form T-2 Before Goods Enter the City; Applies to Rs.10 Crore Turnover.</h1> The notification issued by the Government of Delhi mandates dealers to submit details of invoices and goods receipt notes in Form T-2 for goods purchased or received from outside Delhi before the goods enter Delhi. Dealers must update the vehicle number within 24 hours if unavailable initially. For goods coming from the National Capital Region without a goods receipt, Form DVAT-32 must be used. Transporters must carry a hard copy of Form T-2 with the goods. For new vehicles without registration numbers, the engine number should be used in Form T-2. The notification applies to dealers with a gross turnover of Rs.10 Crore or more from May 17, 2013.
