of <h1>India Adds Haiti to Least Developed Countries List Under Customs Act, 1962 via Notification No. 33/2013-Customs.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 33/2013-Customs dated June 19, 2013, to amend Notification No. 96/2008-Customs. This amendment includes the 'Republic of Haiti' in the list of Least Developed Countries under the Customs Act, 1962. The change is intended to serve the public interest and follows previous amendments, with the last being Notification No. 19/2013-Customs dated April 2, 2013.
