(3) Urban redevelopment procurement - a prior redevelopment tender for Dharavi was terminated and the project reallocated to the Dharavi Redevelopment Project vehicle with the state as a major stakeholder and a private developer designated, resulting in the developer's contractual allocation to execute the redevelopment.
