The offering is a complete offer-for-sale of 23.75 crore shares by promoters and shareholders, with a major bank selling 13.77 crore shares, a foreign insurer 47.5 lakh shares and another bank 9.5 crore shares, so the company will receive no proceeds. Allocation is 50% QIB, 35% retail, 15% non-institutional; minimum bid 140 shares; expected listing Oct 17.
