        <h1>Metal-products firm launches Rs 56.10 crore fixed-price SME IPO at Rs 85 per share, opens Sep 8-11, 2025</h1> A metal-products issuer is launching a fixed-price SME IPO totalling Rs 56.10 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 0.26 crore shares (Rs 22.10 crore) and an offer for sale of 0.40 crore shares (Rs 34.00 crore) at a price band of Rs 85 per share. The issue opens Sep 8, 2025, closes Sep 11, 2025, with allotment expected Sep 12 and tentative BSE SME listing on Sep 16, 2025. Minimum retail application is two lots (3,200 shares; Rs 2.72 lakh); HNI minimum is three lots (4,800 shares; Rs 4.08 lakh). Latest year-on-year revenues fell 24% and PAT dropped 11%; manufacturing capacity 60,000 MTPA.
