ED Seizes Assets Worth Rs 200 Crore in Money Laundering Case Linked to Gurugram Realty Firm.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached assets worth over Rs 200 crore, including an under-construction luxury hotel in Colombo, as part of a money laundering investigation involving a Gurugram-based realty company. The company, Krrish Realtech Private Limited, allegedly defrauded homebuyers and transferred funds abroad. The probe revealed that the company collected Rs 503 crore from plot buyers but failed to deliver the promised plots. Funds were allegedly siphoned to a Sri Lankan company involved in a luxury real estate project. The ED has requested international assistance to freeze these assets as part of the investigation.
