<h1>New Manufacturing Clusters Planned in Agra and Prayagraj to Boost Investment and Competitiveness Under Make in India.</h1> The National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (NICDC) and Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) have partnered to develop Integrated Manufacturing Clusters (IMC) in Agra and Prayagraj as part of the Amritsar-Kolkata Industrial Corridor (AKIC). These clusters aim to boost local manufacturing, attract investments, and enhance India's global competitiveness under the Make in India initiative. The Agra cluster, covering 1,058 acres, is expected to attract over INR 3,400 crore in investments, while the Prayagraj cluster, spanning 352 acres, anticipates INR 1,600 crore in investments, focusing on diverse industries such as e-mobility and food processing.
