<h1>GST Portal Enhances Online Filing for Goods Transport Agencies; Choose Forward or Reverse Charge for 2024-25.</h1> The portal for Goods and Services Tax (GST) has introduced new functionalities for Goods Transport Agency (GTA) taxpayers. Existing GTA taxpayers can now file online declarations using Annexure V or VI to choose between Forward Charge or Reverse Charge mechanisms for the upcoming financial year 2024-25. Newly registered GTA taxpayers can also file their declarations online for the current financial year within specified deadlines. Additionally, GTAs who have manually filed Annexure V for 2023-24 can upload their documents online for record purposes. Once a declaration is made, it remains valid for future years unless changed via Annexure VI.
